Menu Plan Monday-Week 5

Menu Plan Monday:

I am determined not to be stressed out during the holidays so I’m sticking with planning my meals.

Monday: Chicken Stir-Fry with lots of veggies and jasmine rice for the kids.

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Orange Sesame Ginger Pork Roast and steamed broccoli.

Wednesday: Turkey Vegetable Soup (I made a ton of homemade broth) and Against the Grain baguettes.

Thursday: Chicken Tenders, sweet potato fries, salad. The absolute best chicken tender recipe I’ve tried is from Make-Ahead Paleo: Healthy Gluten-, Grain- & Dairy-Free Recipes Ready When & Where You Are

Friday: GF pizza and salad.  I either make it using Udi’s GF pizza crust or this one by Against the Grain if I’m going to have some (I’m allergic to yeast).


GF chocolate chip muffins.

  1. It’s going to be wicked cold in Vegas. low 40s during the day…low 30s at night That always puts me in the mood for comfort foods.
